WAVE MACHINE
This is a mesmeric sculpture which produces water waves and wave samples from sand. As the viewer watches the sandy basin is flooded by waves artificially created by the machine. Gradually the water seeps away and leaves the marks of its passing in the sand. Moments later the water is released to create a new pattern once again.
