Olaf the spitting artist was created for a winter garden, but may also be used as an exquisite humidifier.

OLAF, THE SPITTING ARTIST

His head is hanging from a chain which is guided around a return wheel and balanced by a counterweight.
If Olaf is “fed up” (with water) he is gliding down to a stone plate, opens his mouth and spits water into a small horn. While swinging left and right just above the stone plate, water is leaking out of the horn and causes wet dark traces on the stone.
Once the horn is empty, the operation is finished and Olaf is returning to his starting position, where he is waiting for his next “inspiration”.
